Graduation Pre-evaluation Guidelines

Regarding graduation in February 2025, please review the graduation requirements within the specified period 

and make any necessary adjustments to your course registration during the designated period.

1) Eligibility

  : Those scheduled to graduate in February 2025

2) Graduation Evaluation Period

  : July 22, 2024 (Mon) - August 2, 2024 (Fri) 

3) Course Registration Modification Period

  : August 26, 2024 (Mon) - September 9, 2024 (Mon)

4) To-Do List

 ① Prepare a preliminary evaluation table including planned courses for the Fall 2024 semester.

 ② Submit the preliminary evaluation table via email during the evaluation period (*Email: minok15@kaist.ac.kr).

 ③ Make adjustments during the course registration modification period for any deficient courses.

5) Notes

 ① The responsibility for confirming graduation credit completion and pre-graduation evaluation results lies with the student.

 ② All students are advised to confirm their graduation requirements at least two semesters before their intended graduation date.

 ④ Please ensure to check the simulated graduation evaluation results through Portal->Academic System->Graduation Management System.
