 ① 2024 봄학기 수강예정과목 포함하여 첨부 졸업예비사정표 작성

 ② 본인이 작성한 예비사정표를 졸업사정표 제출기간에 이메일로 제출(*이메일: dahi47@kaist.ac.kr)

 ③ 부족한 과목은 수강신청 변경기간에 조치

5) 유의사항

 ① 졸업학점이수와 예비졸업사정 결과 확인의 책임은 모두 학생 본인에게 있습니다.

 ② 모든학생은 졸업 희망예정일 최소 2학기 전 본인의 졸업이수요건을 확인하기 바랍니다. 

 ③ Portal->학사시스템->졸업관리시스템->모의졸업사정 결과를 반드시 확인하기 바랍니다. 

                                        Graduation Pre-evaluation Guidelines

Regarding graduation in August 2024, please review the graduation requirements within the specified period 

and make any necessary adjustments to your course registration during the designated period.

1) Eligibility

  : Those scheduled to graduate in August 2024

2) Graduation Evaluation Period

  : February 19, 2024 (Mon) - February 21, 2024 (Wed) 

3) Course Registration Modification Period

  : February 19, 2024 (Mon) - March 4, 2024 (Mon)

4) To-Do List

 ① Prepare a preliminary evaluation table including planned courses for the Spring 2024 semester.

 ② Submit the preliminary evaluation table via email during the evaluation period (*Email: dahi47@kaist.ac.kr).

 ③ Make adjustments during the course registration modification period for any deficient courses.

5) Notes

 ① The responsibility for confirming graduation credit completion and pre-graduation evaluation results lies with the student.

 ② All students are advised to confirm their graduation requirements at least two semesters before their intended graduation date.

 ③ Please ensure to check the simulated graduation evaluation results through Portal->Academic System->Graduation Management System.
