Assistant or Associate Professor, Environment/Energy Policy, KAIST

The Graduate School of Science and Technology Policy (STP) at Korea Advanced Institute of
Science and Technology (KAIST) invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant or
Associate Professor rank. We are particularly interested in candidates who focus on energy
and environmental policy. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, environmental
law, energy governance, climate change politics, and biodiversity. We are seeking highly
qualified candidates trained in environmental studies, energy studies, political science,
sociology, law, economics, business management, anthropology, and science and technology
studies (STS).

Ph.D or equivalent must be in hand prior to appointment, which may begin as early as in the
fall of 2014. The starting date is negotiable. The successful candidate is expected to teach
three courses per year (two courses at the Graduate School of Science and Technology
Policy and one course at the Graduate School of Green Growth.)
